X-1FBO SUBSCRIPTION OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for the Advance Payment Offer:

1. Offer Validity: This offer is valid until December 31st, 2024, and is available exclusively to current X-1FBO Core and/or Fuel Management customers.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the offer, customers must pay their 2025 X-1FBO Core and/or Fuel Management subscription in advance.

3. Discount Details: Eligible customers will receive a discount equivalent to 2 months free on their 2025 subscription.

4. Payment Terms: The full subscription amount for 2025 must be paid in prior to December 31st, 2024, using an accepted payment method (e.g., credit card, ACH transfer, or invoice request). Invoice will be generated upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. Non-Refundable: The advance payment is non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

6. Subscription Coverage: The offer applies to the X-1FBO Core and/or Fuel Management subscription. Customers who have already combined their Core and Fuel Management modules will receive the discount on the combined plan.

7. Offer Limitations: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. It is non-transferable and applies only to the subscribing entity.

8. Modification or Cancellation: X-1FBO reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
